Vanguard is a fully licensed General Contractor capable of doing projects ranging from small repairs to large additions and complete custom homes.

In the seven years since Vanguard was founded, we have carefully brought likeminded people and trade partners to our team, creating a smooth operating and fun work place. Together, partners J.C. Bateman and Linda Johnston bring over 40 years of experience in construction, business and financial management. Their complementary experience has allowed them to create a company that is strong on all fronts and able to successfully manage over 1,000 projects in the Colorado Front Range.
GREEN: Vanguard recognizes the ever growing importance and exciting potential of this field. For four years we have worked within the Built Green and Energy Star programs. Partnering with energy conservation companies like Lightly Treading, Vanguard is one of the few General Contractors approved to participate in Xcel Energy's "Home performance with Energy Star" home energy audit and rebate program. Whether you are simply looking to tighten the air barrier of your home or transform your home to renewable energy, we can guide you through the decision process and navigate the sea of rebate programs to assure the best value for your money.
